Shipping Policy
Domestic: We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders. If there are any changes in shipping charges, they will be communicated to you in advance, and the applicable charges will be mentioned in the invoice before the payment is completed.
Shipping Origin: Purchases are shipped from our office in Surat, Gujarat, by trusted courier partners. Please allow the following number of days from the date of your order confirmation.
Delivery for Prepaid Orders:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days for all domestic shipments.
Express Delivery: 2–3 working days for all major cities (Monday to Saturday).
An additional day may be required for remote or rural locations.Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume, and other factors. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of checkout, and customers will be informed before making payment.
Possible Delays: Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as rain, floods, lockdowns, or any other events beyond our control. Delivery Process: Prepaid orders require OTP verification at the time of delivery for security purposes. COD orders do not require OTP verification. If delivery fails due to unavailability, our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times within 48–72 hours. After that, the order may be cancelled, and shipping charges may be deducted from any future order or credit.
Order Tracking: You can track your order via the courier tracking link provided once your package has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original invoice.

All returned items must include:
A copy of the original receipt
A return/exchange authorization number
The product in unopened, saleable condition
Postage or courier charges will not be refunded.
We cannot offer an exchange on any product on sale, or any product that has been opened and/or used. Laxorra is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the returned package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return or exchange is complete.
All claims for shortages, leakage, or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video and product images. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by the Laxorra Quality Team. If you claim product damage or leakage during delivery, please email us your order number and product images within 48 hours of delivery.
Damages caused due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our exchange policy. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
An item is eligible for exchange if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
Sold in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Container not opened and product not used
No Exchange, No Return.
For cosmetic products, only damaged items will be eligible for replacement.
Replacement will be processed only if the client provides proper photo and video proof of the damaged product.
