Laxorra Returns & Refund Policy

Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order on Laxorra’s website https://www.laxorra.com, you confirm that you have read and understood all our policies — including Returns and Refund Policy. Please ensure you read these policies carefully before making a purchase, as any order placed implies your acceptance. Laxorra reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

 

Returns Policy

We will issue a product exchange for any item that is returned in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original invoice.

All returned items must include:

  • A copy of the original receipt

  • A return/exchange authorization number

  • The product in unopened, saleable condition

Postage or courier charges will not be refunded.

We cannot offer an exchange on any product on sale, or any product that has been opened and/or used. Laxorra is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the returned package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return or exchange is complete.

All claims for shortages, leakage, or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video and product images. Claims without a video will not be accepted.

Return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by the Laxorra Quality Team. Damages caused due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our exchange policy. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

An item is eligible for exchange if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  1. Sold in a physically damaged condition (mandatory video required)

  2. Has missing parts or accessories

  3. Container not opened and product not used

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for orders that meet the required conditions and are requested within 2 days of delivery. Refund requests must include the order ID, unboxing video, product images, and proof of purchase. Refunds for opened products will not be processed.

Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Product not delivered within 30 days of order placement

  2. Shipping location unserviceable by courier partners

  3. Wrong or damaged product verified through unboxing video (mandatory)

If a replacement is unavailable, Laxorra may, at its discretion, issue a store credit or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in verified cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Discount codes or vouchers used during purchase will not be reissued or refunded.

Refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by the Laxorra Team. Damages due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered. Each order is eligible for a refund only once.
